Start by reaching out with your preferred date and time. Peak dates—especially Saturdays—tend to book quickly, so we recommend securing your spot early to guarantee full band availability.

Tell us a bit about your event location and setup. Whether it’s a private venue, bar, outdoor space, or event hall, we’ll make sure everything fits seamlessly.

An estimated headcount helps us dial in the perfect sound experience. From intimate gatherings to large crowds, we scale our professional audio setup to match your space and deliver clear, balanced sound.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
We recommend reaching out as soon as your date is secured. Prime Saturdays—especially during wedding season and summer—often book 12–18 months in advance. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute inquiries when availability allows.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCTION AND LIGHTING?
Yes. We provide a professional sound system and stage lighting tailored to your event size and setting. For larger festivals or theatre-style events, we’re happy to coordinate with your production team to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
WHAT INFO IS NEEDED FOR A PRICING REQUEST?
To get you an accurate quote, just send over a few key details: your event date, venue/location, estimated guest count, and desired performance length. Let us know if you're interested in our acoustic duo/trio or full band experience, and we’ll take it from there.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF CLEVELAND?
Absolutely. While we’re based in Cleveland, we regularly perform throughout Northeast Ohio and beyond. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard radius and are based on distance and any lodging requirements.
